Attorney Shelby Sanford

Shelby earned her law degree from Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase School of Law and is licensed to practice in Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana (pending). She primarily focuses her practice on tort litigation where she represents individuals and businesses in a wide array of disputes, including personal injury, premises liability, products liability, and other areas of liability disputes.

During undergrad, while pursuing her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Shelby interned with former Kentucky Senator Wil Schroder. In law school, Shelby was a member of the Chase National Trial Competition Team. She also interned at the Ohio Justice and Policy Center, where she represented clients in matters stemming from civil rights violations in prisons.
 
Before joining CLLB, Shelby worked for Lawrence and Associates representing Plaintiff’s in personal injury matters and property casualty insurance disputes. Further, Shelby gained extensive tort defense experience during her previous employment with Reminger.
 
Shelby’s diverse legal background allows her to bring a unique perspective and breadth of knowledge to all her cases.
 
Outside of work, Shelby enjoys spending time with her German Shepherd, four cats, and horse. She loves to travel and spend time with her nieces.
